About Positive Impact
Positive Impact provides HIV risk-reduction and prevention programs for men and women. These culturally competent programs are offered as mental health prevention, outreach prevention, and individual-level or group-level intervention.Positive Impact has served over 3700 clients with direct services and thousands of other clients and mental health professionals through training and education. Positive Impact produces several professional training workshops on HIV and mental health, manages a student internship program, assists agencies with organizing mental health-related trainings, provides outreach to homeless individuals living with HIV, group support for clients recovering from substance abuse, and a Latino program serving Spanish-speaking clients.
