1. What are Positive Impact's hours of operation?
In general, the mental health clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9am until 7pm, Friday from 9am until 5pm. IMPACT, the licensed intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program, operates Monday through Wednesday from 1pm until 5pm and Friday from 1pm until 4pm. Thursdays are used for staff meetings, but most IMPACT counselors are available by phone or email. Continuing Care for IMPACT graduates is Monday and Wednesday from 6pm until 8pm. HIV testing and counseling is available Monday through Thursday from 10am until 7pm, Friday from 10am until 5pm and on Saturday from 10am until 2pm. STD screening is available on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:30pm until 6:30pm, Thursday and Friday from 12:30pm until 4:30pm. Please note that certain programs are available by appointment only, with varying hours of operation. For details please call or email the program director, or call 404-589-9040.
